Rooted in curiosity, growing through design.

Over the last two decades of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with world-class companies and organizations like Dell, Susan G. Komen, Populus Financial Group, and Dallas Market Center; creating meaningful, user-centered experiences that bring together design and functionality. My journey has spanned roles in design leadership, hands-on product design, and UX engineering; where I focus on delivering accessible, inclusive, and impactful solutions that meet business goals while delighting users.

I also have a wonderful design assistant named Ollie, my two-year-old Shih Tzu. He keeps me grounded with his calm presence, keeping an eye out for squirrels by the window and occasionally offering an approving glance at my screen. When I’m not designing, I enjoy hiking, painting in my studio, and spending time with family — all of which inspire my creativity and craft, keeping me balanced.

  • Lead strategic design initiatives across Dell’s B2B and B2C portfolios, defining the design language and product vision in collaboration with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
  • Spearhead the creation and adoption of a comprehensive design system, improving consistency and driving a 25% increase in design adoption across global teams.
  • Established Dell’s Inclusive Design Community of Practice and AccessibilityCenter of Excellence, embedding inclusivity as a foundational aspect of ourdesign philosophy.
  • Coach and mentor a team of designers, fostering career growth and upskillingtalent to cultivate future design leaders.
  • Represent Dell at industry events and conferences, serving as a design ambassador and showcasing our commitment to accessibility and design innovation.

  • Led the user experience design initiatives of Populus Financial Group’s FinTech product portfolio that includes ACE Cash Express, Porte Banking, Flare Account, ACE Elite Prepaid.
  • Established the design language system uniting brand, product, design systems, UX, and marketing.
